NOC Analyst (Network Operations Center)

As a NOC Analyst you will support the Afilias global registry network monitoring team to assess network and system performance on a real time basis. Additional responsibilities of this position are but not limited to; provide technical guidance to Afilias Technical Support Group, identify Network Performance impacting events, support root cause analysis efforts and provide daily detailed reports on registry performance to management. This position requires a critical eye for detail and the ability to associate network and registry activity to performance impacts.

Quality Assurance Analyst

The main purpose of the position is to evaluate standards compliance and overall operational quality of the software the firm uses, and to determine whether software is ready for production release.

As an IT Project manager, you will be responsible for the planning and ongoing management of various IT projects impacting multiple departments, spanning 3 months to 2 years in length and having a significant impact to the business.

You will work in partnership with the Senior IT Directors, and Business stakeholders to develop plans within an IT project management framework.
